Seemed to genuinely care. Took lots of time to listen. Seemed very intelligent. Compassionate and smart…. Is a great combination for doctor.

4 months after hospital release, received a bill for a walker and commode, that we never received. Tried 2 phone numbers listed on the websites. One went to a home health agency and the other was disconnected. Major Medical Service says this doctor sent in a prescription for these 2 pieces of equipment and they bill accordingly. Leaves it to the patient to track down this doctor and get the prescription rescinded. Phone numbers don’t work.

Wonderfully compassionate physician

Excellent care on my recent hospital stay. Very informative about his findings and medications that he thought would take care of my issues. I felt much better the next day and the medications are working well

Excellent. My husband had a recent hospital visit. Dr Russell had a bed side manner that we loved. Very thorough, informative with a nice sense of humor.

Dr Russell is professional, kind, compassionate and works with his team to ensure the very best care always.

The worst experience. Admitted me through ER for flu. Missed other issues such as congestive heart failure and pulmonary edema so I did not receive appropriate meds during hospitalization to treat these conditions. In addition, he wrote a DNR order despite the fact that I was not terminally ill and the topic was never discussed with me or my husband. When questioned about it, he said he was busy and made a mistake. No apology. During the hospitalization, he never came near me to listen to my lungs, heart etc. He stood near the door to assess me. Very poor doctor in my opinion.

Poor excuse for a doctor. I'm shocked that Medical City Dallas has him on the staff. Did not get meds that I take daily to floor nurses nor the pharmacy until I approached him my second day in the hospital. Blamed it on the nurse. While I was in the bathroom he came into the room and said "Mr. XXXX, are you still with us". i answered "Yes". He left and did not return.

This physician is a total poor excuse for a physician prescribed medication that you are allergic to. What a joke

I was in a coma for 12 days under his care at medical city Dallas and then discharge he was responsible for getting all my prescriptions to me or to my pharmacy. Not one was filled and his poor office assistant it is now August 31 and he wouldn’t even call me back because he didn’t fill not one prescription for me at discharge. Lack of responsibility , Caring, compassionate and I will never ever tell anybody to use him or refer him that is why I have given him no stars on anything. I
