Excellent ENT
Dr. Shermetaro is the best Ear doctor I have experienced. Unfortunately, I have been to many. He is friendly, patient, and listens and explains the situation well. I recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT.

This Dr is kind and knowledgeable and cares
He looks up you past appointments from years and years ago... That is a Good Dr. I would not go to any other ENT Dr. This Dr. is great for me, and I am sending my best friends daughter with her little boys to him.. She ask me if he was good with kids? I said he is the best for Everyone!

SURGERY.. JULY 21,2023....
Nothing but RUDENESS.. STAFF & DR. UNCARING. SON HAD SURGERY ON JULY 21, 2023, STLL WAITING FOR LAB REPORTS AFTER SURGERY. Have called office so many times and NO RESPONCE. BRITNEY NEVER RETURNS CALLS. This is so RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNCARING..FOR YOUR PATIENT... THIS WHOLE OFFICE NEEDS REPLACED!!! WILL NEVER REFER THIS DR.WHERE IS THE RESPECT.

I have nothing but good feelings after being at Dr/ Shermetaro's office. He listens, he offers solutions, and I have no problems getting an appointment. I visit him for his knowledge, not for his staff, who are very efficient.

I have used Dr. Shermetaro off and on for many years. He had a super office staff years ago. Now I am very disappointed. My son recently needed a surgery and I had questions prior to, regarding insurance and payment. The Office Manager was very short and rude with me and acted like it was a bother to answer my questions. A couple of the receptionists are also not very friendly or helpful. I felt like I was bothering them again in asking for the Dr. to call me after surgery for concerns I had.

As far as a Doctor he is great but watch out for the staff. To start with they make no mistakes in their minds. They told me my next appointment was set for one day and it was actually a day earlier and I got billed for a no show. I received no reminder and Im not a mind reader. Then on my way out they confirmed the street where my prescription was to be sent and they sent it to a different place all together. Better walk out of there with it all in writing as to future appointments!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. The staff, nurse, resident, and doctor were all extremely welcoming and calming. I previously had gone to other doctors for ear problems and they only caused me more pain and loss of hearing. Dr. Shermetaro was extremely friendly, helpful, and a wonderfully skilled doctor. My hearing today is one million times better because of this man. Will be returning, and would definitely recommend.
