Dr. Olsen was extremely rude. She was angered by the fact that another Dr. ordered an ultrasound and even resorted to SLAMMING the waiting room door when she found out. She said she was going to send in paperwork to Workman's Comp. and a referral to a surgeon (thanks to the findings from the ultrasound). and for us to wait ten days. We found out that she didn't even send it in. Meanwhile, my husband is desperately needing surgery. She doesn't care about the well-being of her patients at all!
