Runs hot and cold. Rude, condescending, snarky. She obviously believes she is superior to her patients. Any doctor will be better than her. My complaint is just one of many

I have 40 + years of medical training and have never experienced a worse medical experience in my entire life. Had initial visit scheduled for 8:00 am and waited a hour to be seen. No good morning by physician or introduction. Just, “ Do you know the time? It’s now 9:00.” I exclaimed I was at office at 7:30 am filling out paperwork. Her first response, “ I want to go home! Why are you here?” My initial visit was a quiz on my knowledge of my medication and usage. She was not interested in anything I conveyed to her. The practice, when I called for emergent cardiology consult, didn’t have me as a patient with their practice. I was on phone for 30 minutes! If I didn’t supply Dr Renaldo with full 3 page medical history I prepared for her, she would know nothing of my medical history. Buy a coffee maker or water for waiting area. Send me to pain clinic to fill pain medicine I have been prescribed for 15 years. Never called in emergent cardiology consult. Uncaring and very unprofessional practice .

Horrible bedside manner, will punish you with rude abrupt condescension. Shocking behavior. Do not go to her if you need compassionate care. As a patient, you do not need to tolerate this type of behavior from drs. You can find ones who actually listen to your concerns and work with your unique issues but she ain’t it!

In my opinion THE WORST doctor I have encountered in 71 years. Rude & inept. She spent about five seconds examining me yet had a lot to say about a protocol set up by a 5 star rated hypertension specialist in New York, that deals with 911 survivors, such as myself. She questioned & negated everything I said. Entered totally erroneous information on the notes from our visit which I’ve requested to be removed since it was inaccurate. I am a licensed psychologist, and I have a word that describes her behavior pretty accurately. But being a professional, I do not diagnose unless they are my patient so I am restraining myself.I had one Visit with her and will never be back.My advice is choose someone else if you’re looking for a doctor with finess, empathy and skill.

Dr. Renaldo never seemed aware of why I was there for a visit even though she had told me to come in or had told me what we would focus on during a visit. Three visits she told me about her training but didn't use that training to provide care. Sad, really...

My wait a time was short, and the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Renaldo was extremely attentive to everything I said. I was never rushed. After carefully listening to me her responses were very knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, and she gave me the feeling she truly cared about me as an individual. I highly recommend Dr. Renaldo.

New patient with Dr. Renaldo ~ i was very nervous as i have had to change doctors at that practice. Her questions were hard for me to answer because of my limitations; but she presents as very clear & attentive and prescribed good alternatives to what has not worked. I love Advent Health and especially all the ladies at the front, at appt.desk, and the nurses in the back! Such good support; and i hope Dr. Renaldo likes it there.

Rudest doctor ever.

Highly Recommend Dr. REnaldo. I found this office to be great. The front staff checked me in immediately and the wait time to the exam room was minimal. Her medical assistant is pleasant and professional. I had blood drawn and the girl who drew my blood was great! Dr. Renaldo reviewed all the records that I brought with me and devised a plan and explained what her plan was. She even examined me, something I have found not all doctors do.

Dr. Renaldo is an excellent doctor, she truly cares about the wellbeing for her patients. Sometimes the office might be busy, but she WILL answer all the necessary questions and provide appropriate care at the time of the appointment.

Excellent doctor! We saw Dr. Renaldo because our PCP was out. She was kind and personable and explained my diagnosis and what the plan was. She answered my questions. I was a little nervous to see a new doctor because I have been with mine so long but she had all my records there and just picked right up where my doctor was. The staff was great, her nurse was very helpful.

First visit with Dr Renaldo I waited in exam room for over a hour she walked in without any apology her bedside manners came across cold and dry. She sent me home with a script that did not help second visit she was once again cold and dry. Third visit the office was extremely busy and they held me up at check in to cause me to be 20min late her nurse came to get me and told me the doctor needed to reschedule. Very unhappy with this doctor needless to say her staff is very friendly.

I recently saw Dr. Renaldo for commercial diving physical. I wasnt thrilled with the clinic and registration but Dr. Renaldo and her staff were awesome. The doc is a diver so she actually understands the process and she is so engaging. She took the time to talk to me about my goals and how I can dive smart. She did all my paperwork in a timely manner. Her nurse was very nice. It was worth the 2 hour drive!

I saw Dr. Renaldo for Low Back pain and took an X-ray immediately following the exam. I found out my diagnosis when a physical therapist called to set up an appointment for a Compression Fracture. I called the office the following morning but they had no appointments for me....needless to say I went to another physician fast......terrible disorganized and failed to followup, appeared to be under too much pressure and could not focus.

wait time was minimal; Dr. Renaldo is smart, personable and takes her time to explain things to me. My husband even likes her and he doesn't like doctors. Only complaint is that front staff is unprofessional,
