Dr. Pagni first helped my Dad when he was 97 and needed help. He was so kind, thoughtful, and respectful to Dad that I knew he would also be my Oral Surgeon! Dr Pagni is highly knowledgeable and professional but treats everyone with care and an understanding of your needs. He was terrific at working with Dad and resolved his complicated extractions painlessly and without additional procedures. I visited for a consultation on missing and failing teeth. Due to hockey injuries, my front teeth were knocked out in my 20s and have caused issues with chewing and a missing smile.He gave me several options and a detailed explanation of what I needed and how to plan on any procedures to achieve the best outcome! I had a large molar removed and it is the first time that I did not get a dry socket. Phenomal surgeon! Also, my husband had an implant put in by Dr. Pagni and he had an excellent experience.

My privacy rights were violated by a several dentists during a scheduled surgery at Midland Oral Surgery and Implant Centers in Oak Lawn, IL. I was sitting in dental chair with my mouth wired open in preparation for surgery with Carlo Pagni when all of a sudden the dentist from Northcreek Tinley Park which had referred me to Carlo Pagni, John Athos walked into my surgery with an unknown woman? I couldnt believe he was there and that he brought his date into my surgery without my permission! Carlo Pagni looked just as shocked as I was but he did not ask John Athos to leave the sterile surgery room! My mouth was wired open and procedure was about to start so I was unable to say anything! I later confronted John Athos about bringing his date into my surgery during a facebook IM conversation and he denied it. I started posting about what happened to me on Facebook and several woman reached out to me saying that John Athos does this all the time!?? DO NOT PATRONIZE!

Dr. Pagni is by far the best oral surgeon I have ever seen. He is kind, gentle, and very caring. He understands how to deal with an anxious patient and does his absolute best to make you as comfortable as possible. He's the best!
