Phone Appt Only
I had a regularly scheduled appointment for weeks with this be provider. Then one week before my appointment, someone calls to advise me my appointment would now be conducted over the phone. I don't know this doctor, never met or had any contact with him. A quality physician can not conduct a proper exam on a new patient without seeing the patient in the office. He would not have been able to see or touch areas of concern. This is not a doctor I would recommend.

Prior to my vasectomy, Dr Fretes told me he had never had a patient suffer post-vasectomy pain. Now I know why. He is in total denial. I informed him of my chronic pain on six separate occasions. Each time he made a passing comment about the healing processes, and then completely forgot about the pain, usually during the same conversation. Future doctors at Kaiser told me he had never noted it in my medical record. The pain is significant and I am spending thousands at a private clinic.
