Unprofessional, Sarcastic and Rude. It’s sad to see what he has become. This is NOT the doctor i first met. Mr. Gonzales’ unprofessional attitude towards my son and myself today was enough to stay away for good. Driving 1hr 30min. For him to step in the room & belittle us by banging his fist on the table and raising his voice and saying ”I’m waiting, i’m waiting”...during my sons exam is ridiculous. He’s sitting in the chair telling you the letters he sees. YOU CAN WAIT MR. Gonzales. WE WAIT patiently for you. Even standing in the waiting area because there are no seats. Maybe he’s overbooked and overwhelmed. Still no excuse for his awful behavior. He sounded so ridiculous, like a drunk man all slouched in the chair rolling his eyes saying “I’m waiting...I’m waiting...”I’m still in shock. I never saw this coming, not from him.
