Dr. Japas is awesome. Yes you have to wait but once you get to see him he will spend a lot of time with you. He is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. I would refer anybody to him for their medical needs. He has a very practical approach and good bedside manner.

Dr. Japas, I wanted to reach out to you and let you know that your staff is UNFRIENDLY, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. My mother is 77 years old and your staff is always rude to her every time she calls your office. They put her on hold for long periods of time. They tell her they are going to call her back and does not get a call back. You must have caller ID because when she tries calling back no one picks up the phone. When we call from a different phone number your staff then answers the call.

This is the only doctor that ever prayed with me. He takes time with each patient. He is interested in their well being. He goes the extra mile. He truly cares, and wants to relieve suffering. His Christlike caring is truly a blessing.

Dr. Japas, I am having a difficult time getting my current presc. meds refilled, only received 3 of the 7 meds I have been taking for many years. My insurance Aetna says they are having trouble getting info from your office for new presc. meds for the coming year. I am not due to visit you again until this coming August or September. I have not received my Paxil generic and in the past, when I was left with nothing to take for a couple of times for a while, I became very, very ill! HELP!!!!!

the wait is unacceptable. My elderly parents are always made to wait a minimum of one hour. How are they allowed to do this?
