If you work and need to see home for physical therapy to get back to work expect to wait a month. I have an injury where my pelvis goes out and I cannot walk. I need to go to physical therapy to get it put back in. So I can get back to work. No priority treatment for working patients. Also, rude and only wants to give shots.

BEST PAIN MANAGEMENT SERVICE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN 40+ YEARS OF NEEDING ONE. I have also worked at the Loma Linda University Medical Center and Casa Colina Pain clinics, and Dr. Martinez is the BEST!

I was seen at this location for almost 2 months with 5 buldging disc's and a reversal of my cervical lordosis. After undergoing epidural injections, steroids and muscle relaxers I was referred to a surgeon. About 1-2 weeks later I am in the process of getting second opinions by surgeons & Dr. Martinez rejects my light duty return to work after I was seen for almost 2 months in his location and care ... where is the compassion? I am returning with severe pain and he cant accommodate a light duty return to work while getting opinions from different surgeons this is very disappointing. Staff in the front carelessly did not complete my paperwork for my HR department due to a $25 fee. I had to call and speak to the office supervisor after asking for 3 weeks if they sent in my medical records. They had no problem collecting my co pays upfront ... this location lacks professionalism and compassion.

My pain condition is complex, like most, and there truly are no easy answers. We all cope the best we can. For me it's dark humor and pushing forward through copious education and sheer will, but pain is a beast. It chips away at a person every minute of the day sometimes, so I understand the feelings of helplessness; I live them. After 3.5 years of extreme suffering, I handpicked Dr. Martinez and found him to be the most genuine, thoughtful and knowledgeable specialist I have seen. Recommend!

I have fibro, chronic migraines, daily headaches, chronic fatigue, neuralgia, tmj & RA. I'm 34, I have been suffering w/pain since I can remember. I was referred by my Rheuma so I can get help managing my pain better. We tried lots of meds, none worked, many made me worse. Finally he put me on opioids, they lessen pain but not by much, I suffer daily. This Dr. turned me away saying I shouldn't be on opioids. Ok but I'm willing to do anything, still no. Another Dr. that makes living with pain harder
