I ended up in the Saddleback ER after leaving an Urgent Care that did not have the ability to administer IV. I was extremely dehydrated from a stomach bug that knocked me off my feet. I expected the ER to be busy and folks to be grumpy, given it was Christmas Eve. Not the case, Dr Medina seemed truly concerned, ran a number of tests to rule out serious problems and knew I had to get home to my son. Got me feeing better and expedited my exit, very friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and effective.

In a emergency visit He seemed concerned, focused on my problem. He Preformed Tests rather than just give me pills and say go see your Primary asap. Dr. Medina called, researched and directed me to outside future Dr. he had called and explained my problem after ER testing.
