Dr. Montalvo was very helpful and very knowledgeable in his field. However, his staff is the wors, one of them even called me "Grocera" this stands for "Rude" How can you treat a patient with these words when they know that your health is very fragile and with only less than 2 years of life. The staff does not return calls, emails, or even answer their phone once they have your number recorded in their system. Even my brother from the state tried to help to communicate, but he too was ignored after a few calls and emails.

Dr is excellent. Secretaries can alter the sequexcelle of patients. Patients who arrive after you can pass first
