Dr. Carlos Pulido, MD

I have issues with hearing and my vision and my wife accompanies me to every dr appt because of said problems. Dr Pulido threw my wife out of the exam room and told her unless I have dementia, she is not allowed in with me. He called me a child, while I am a senior citizen in great amount of pain from a broken neck. He kept saying he does prescribe pills, he is not a pain management clinic although the website says he is. All he wanted to do was force me into agreeing to do neck injections and when I said I wanted to talk to my wife about it, he threw his hands in the air, said BYE and walked out the door. I waited 2 hours past my appt time to be seen and then disrespected by not only him but his office staff. I wasn’t even allowed to urinate without an audience and I was only there for a consultation. Many people came in sat down and within 5 minutes left with a prescription for pain meds without seeing a doctor.

I have had chronic lower back pain and went through 3 disc fusion surgery that solved the underlying problems but created SI joint problem and some lower back pain. He performed the spinal cord stimulator that helped a lot but still had the SI joint problem. He then performed the Radio Frequency Abalation that solved all my back problems. He was very helpful in getting that done about two months ago.

It was straight forward, Dr Pulido and I discussed the issues I was experiencing in recovering from multiple ankle surgeries. He explained what treatments could be administered then laid out a specific pain treatment plan that he thought would most beneficial.

This was my 2nd procedure i have had by Dr Pulido. I am well satisfied with the treatment he and his staff performed

I went in and was taken back within 15 minutes of my appointment time. I was treated with courtesy and respect from check in to check out. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Answered all of my questions and concerns both before and after my procedure.

All personnel quickly and efficiently took care of me guiding me through the pre, injection, and post processes. I could not asked for a more satisfactory process.

nothing could be better than the best Dr. Pulido is the best his his personality is great i have since he came to the Stockbridge location have i ever seen him with a frown on his face he is good with his patience he take pride in what he does as a doctor he make you feel comfortable when you are there he know how to do what the nurse's does and i was suprised when he put my IV in my hand and he did it in the first try & it left me speachless but with a smile on my face, i have never seen a doctor do that before i tell you what YES i will recommend him to my family and friends and i would give him an A plus. Loved visit appreciate drs interaction could ask for any more. He was good. But I couldn't read all check off to get on telemed site. Nevertheless, it interrups for 'check all'. Then there is the bill! when done with dr...What? It's not like going to see dr. @ the office. I don't understand. Hope to contact office with this concern.
