Never been treated so poorly in my life!

Was going to select as Primary Care Provider. Took 3 weeks to make an appointment. When I arrived for appointment, waited two hrs. No Dr could see me. I had to leave as I had to pick up my daughter from care. It was a very very very disappointing experience.

I made a Telehealth appointment with dr Carlos Riveros for 12/21/21 . I been told that dr will call me between 12 and 2. Than his assistant called that dr will call@2 Than again assistant called that dr will call before2. C Riveros did not call! He knows that I discontinew amlodipin because of serious Side affects! And I desperately need prescription for my blood pressure! I am staying with high blood pressure and do not have medicine! I just do not understand what is going on with this’doctor’!! Now I called after 2 pm . Operator said that office already closed! I left another message with operator, explained situation … No one calls me back! I have high blood pressure! Who is going to help me? What kind of person. What kind of doctor is Carlos Riveros?!!! This is anti humane ! Shame on him! I would NOT suggest to have him as your family doctor!

I had recommendations from Dr. Riveros and he has been good with me before. But he barely bothers to speak to me in English, which is my preference. He also recently took a personal call during my visit, laughing with someone and having a normal chat. Finally he made a sexist joke about my health results saying “why are women so complicated?” while laughing. It is never acceptable to be speaking to a female patient that way, during a doctors visit. I will search for someone more professional for my medical health.

Crazy experience during Covid. The waiting room was packed with more than 10 people. Definitely not 6 feet apart and very Poor cleaning standards for the room and really Poot ventilation. I went to wait in the corridor but never got to see the Dr as the waiting was over an hour. The risk of coming here seems higher that the risk of not seeing a Dr. definitely not a good experience.

Dr. Riveros is great. My daughter started going him. She felt at home, no regrets.

The doctor is great, but the staff is the worst I've ever seen. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they just prove that they don't care about the patients too many time. Dr. Riveros should really look at getting new staff as he is a great doctor.

Dr. Riveros is an amazing professional who takes his time with you and working diligently to get to the cause of your ailment. I appreciate his knowledge and kindness. The staff is great as well and the office manager, Yali is a gem! I highly recommend Dr. Riveros' practice.

I fractured my clavicle in a gym accident on March 14th, 2017. As my general Dr, he chequed my preoperatory conditions and determined that I had a too-hight blood pressure that had to be controlled prior to surgery. He prescribed me a drug that lowered my pressure to normai levels. He made presence before, during and after surgery and prepared a detailed inform of the paths to be followed by me in the recovery term. I cannot be more satisfied and grateful of Dr Riveros' assistance.

Amazing doctor!

Dr. Carlos Riveros I can say, saved my life, i did visit other doctors before for a neck pain, they did not found the cause of the pain and look for other causes different than the heart, Dr. Riveros made an electrocardiogram and immediately send me to the cardiologist, then he and Dr. Leonardo Lopez, found a cardiac decease I was developing from many years with the inclusion of multiple factors, genetics, sedentarism and life style, now I am alive thanks to Dr. Riveros, Lopez and Diaz.
