INCOMPETENT STAFF
NOTHING. THE MAN CANT SEEN TO PROPERLY EXAM A PATIENT. IT'S LIKE HE'S AFRAID TO TOUCH PEOPLE. ONCE IT IS KNOW YOU HAVE DOUBLE COVERAGE, THEY WANT YOU TO COME BACK EVERY 3 MONTHS. THEY WILL REFER YOU OUT BUT CAN SEEM TO GET THE REFERRAL TO THE PROVIDER THEN WHEN 3 MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND YOU STILL CANT SEEM TO GET SCHEDULED WITH THE PROVIDER THEY SENT YOU TO, GUESS WHAT? YOU HAVE TO GO BACK AND SEE HIM BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HIS STAFF, IT'S BEEN TOO LONG AND THEY DONT KNOW IF THAT REFERRAL IS STILL NECESSARY. AND THEY WILL DO THIS OVER AND OVER UNTIL YOU CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE.TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, YOU ARE BETTER OFF ELSEWHERE.

My husband is seeing Dr Rodriguez and is thank that he listened to all his concerns and did all the blood worked asked for. He is kind, compassionate and made my husband feel like a person not just a chart #.

Dr. CarlosRodriguez is Arrogant, egotistical, rude and confusing. Does not explain surgery procedures well or tell you what to expect after surgery. Walter Reid surgical unit is run down and some of the male staff look unkempt, treat patients abrubptly and as though they are second class citizens. Dr Rodriguez never came to check on me as a patient before or after surgery. Beware if you are an attractive female patient around this man! He is Very unprofessional and unapologetic!Do not recommend!
