Dr. Carlos Rosas, MD

He was my pediatrician and know he is my family dr.

Went for a consultation several months ago and my visit was coded as weighloss when I never went in seeking weighloss alternatives. I've called numerous times with BCBS on the line and they have yet to correct the bill. My insurance has had to call 4 times and explain the entire situation everytime they call. Today I received a letter from a collection agency because they failed to fix the code which they said they would fix and re bill my insurance! It's been a nightmare having to deal with this office. I'm going to continue bugging them until they fix it! Stay away and take your business elsewhere!

I've been with Dr. Rosa and staff for about 7 years, and have always recieved Excellent attention, by staff whom demonstrate a high level of administrative competence and care with a high degree of medical/patient involvement I've witnessed unconditional positive regard for all patients, for this I highly recommend Dr.Rosa Medical.

Dr. Rosas has been in Brownsville for over 20 years, he's a great doctor and staff is very nice. Great prices and very attentive to patients.

If I could give them a 0 I would! Very poorly ran office. You are lucky if you can get them on the phone in less than 30 min of being on hold. Once you do get someone on the line they can’t help you, they say you have to talk to a nurse or a doctor, you would think then the calls would be answered in a minute then! Since they aren’t able to talk about anything. No sympathy from front desk, they sound annoyed you called back saying that no one has called you yet and it’s been 5 hrs! You can’t go inside their Office, you can’t get a doctor or nurse you call you back and to hold 30min-1hr just for someone rude to answer the phone. Stay away from this place, I’m sure there is plenty other places that will take better care of their patients.

I highly recommend Dr. Carlos Rosas. I have had nothing but excellent service from Dr. and his staff. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate to our needs. We feel very reassured when we go to consult. They are attentive and don’t rush you out. Dr. Rosas and or Mr. Cubides listen to our conserns and do examination. They are always very polite and caring. As I’ve said before our outcomes have always been positive. We are very happy with Doctor Rosas. Will highly recommend his office. I understand that due to current situation with COVID they are super busy but their service is still great. Thank you.

Dr.Rosas did not care or provide the service I have received when my mother has been around. He even said he hugs all his patients. He was indifferent and did not seem interested in helping. He suggested I look up help online and go elsewhere. I have called multiple times and keep being told I’ll receive a call from management but no calls yet.

I been seeing the doctor for sometime and have no regrets. the staff do what they can. specially on a time as difficult as this with the Virus they are real careful. I'm everyone is nice. to others.

Scheduled an appointment to get lab results, arrived early, still had to wait an hour to see the doctor only to have the doctor tell me I couldn’t just called for my results (they charged me a copay and did not refund me). Very slow and unprofessional.

They dont respect appt. A patient has. Wait time is over 1 hr. 30 min. Front staff cant never answer questions about insurance or appt.schedule. Manager is rude and she doesn't let you explain your concerns. I always take my mother to dr. Appt. And every time she goes to this clinic we always leave very upset with office staff.

This is one of the worst-run practices I have ever visited. We called ahead and made an appointment, yet still waited almost two hours in the waiting room and never even got to see the doctor. At one hour I asked the receptionist how much longer it might be, she said I'd be called right in. Half an hour later I asked her again, and she said it would be at least another 30 minutes. We ended up leaving and going to the local day and night clinic instead. Dirty, poorly ran, not worth the time.
