Worth the drive!
Dr. Williams and his staff have been very supportive and welcoming since I began seeing January of 2024. It is a bit of a long drove from Bassett, but I feel it is worth it. He was the only dr. who was able to put all of the diagnostic pieces together and create a treatment plan. I am grateful for his wisdom and experience, especially when I am a very stubborn patient. I would absolutley recommend him to friends and family.

Unprofessional
My father is a patient of this man and will not be seeing him again. He asked my fathers age and when he said “77”, Carlos Williams proceeded to say “well then why are you acting like you’re 7”. No sir- you are unprofessional, arrogant, a smart-aleck and have no business being in the health field or a helping profession. I will ensure that everyone in the local area knows how you talk to your patients and a formal complaint will be made. I hope you never need someone to take care of you in your old age…

Absolutely terrible. He was extremely rude and condescending, asked highly inappropriate/irrelevant questions, and never once even came close to apologizing or showing remorse when his inappropriate behavior was confronted. He should not be employed in any profession, let alone being employed as a doctor, that has any direct customer contact.

I have been seeing dr Williams for many years I find him to be very professional and informative. He was so good with me that I moved my father from his old dr to dr William and within a couple of months he was doing much better and is continues to getter better with each month. Love him

Dr. Williams is the best! He is straight forward, no nonsense. You don't want your "hand held" when you deal with your brain! You want the straight facts and that's what he does. When mom got dementia, he walked us through what was best for her quality of life not ours. When my husband had a stroke he took all of his records for the past 10 years and reviewed and was able to give us a diagnoses that no other doctor or teaching hospital could! He is the smartest and best!
