Unwilling to help

I called to get my 2nd refill of the year through TeleDoc. This provider was absolutely horrible to interact with. She first denied me my refill for my anxiety medication because of some medical reason that didn't make sense. Proceeded to tell me that it's my fault that I can't get the refill, and then hung up on me. Provider was uncaring, unkind, did not uphold the values of her profession, and I left the conversation stonewalled and in tears. Please evaluate this provider ASAP to save others from having to deal with her negative regard for humanity. So disappointed.

Arrogant, Doesn’t act in best interest of patients
Telehealth
During our visit we agreed on a very specific anti inflammatory medication- one that I’d taken in the past with great results. She then sent a different Rx to the pharmacy, and when I reached out to her to let her know that she sent the wrong one- the one that I’d specifically told her gave me a bad reaction, she doubled down, refusing to admit her mistake or fix the prescription. She doesn’t care about the best interest of her patients- she just wants to assert her dominance rather than listening to them, collaborating with them, and following through on what she says during the visit. A good doctor would’ve simply admitted the mistake and fixed the Rx, knowing that the patient has had better experiences with a very similar medication. There was no medical reason for her to refuse to change the Rx, nor could she cite one. She just wanted to be difficult.

Carman was rude, unprofessional and downright disrespectful during my appointment with her. The entire appointment lasted about 30 seconds with Carman refusing to follow the CDC guidelines regarding COVID vaccines in FL.
