Office staff was better than most, but Dr.O'Donnell, was not what I expected. She was more like a Medical Assistant than a DR. She was not professional, in fact, she talked over me when I asked her a question. I would NOT advise anybody to see her .

O'Donnell did not DR me, she just referred me to other DRs. She talked over me when I asked her any questions. Her FAKE laugh pushed me over the edge!!! Working in the medical field for almost 20 years, I have NEVER crossed a health care professional SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

Shortly after I began seeing Dr. O'Donnell, she left the practice close to my home. I haven't found a new primary because I'm still hoping she returns. When everyone told me my feelings of something being off were in my head, she took me seriously and her thoroughness led to a thyroid cancer diagnosis. I'm so glad I found her when I did and hope she returns to my area. She is kind, thorough, and reassuring. If you are able, make this woman your primary care physician.
