Dr. Carmelo Rillera, MD

Dr. Rillera doesn't care about his patients! My wife and I have been patients of his for over 3 years and we've been patient with him and his staff for the lack of follow up with prescriptions and lab work tests. But enough is enough! I've contacted his office over 4 times in the past week to refill a prescription and he has done nothing! He's not a good doctor!

Dr. Rillera presents himself friendly and concerning, however is nothing more than a fraud. He substantially overcharged the insurance company claiming he diagnosed me with something that I told him I have when I entered the room. He also incorrectly prescribes medicine and will not return phone calls. Calls to his office for assistance and general questions are met with nothing more than transfers constantly. Worst doctor we have been to. I was in the room for 10 minutes and all he did was

I'd give 0 star if it's an option. Dr. Rillera was very impatient and I could feel that he didn't want to spend any time on me. I felt rushed while explaining to him my symptoms. His phone was vibrating throughout almost the entire appointment. Not professional at all! And I have tried to call him and his medical assistant for a few times and left messages regarding my test results and no one ever got back to me. Will be changing to a different doctor asap.

I would recommend Dr Rillera as a great family physician. He takes the time needed to understand the patient and listens to the patient.

A really good and caring physician.

This doctor provides no support to his patients. His staff is not helpful at all. I was recently sick and he they would not help me. Instead of trying to help me with my sickness, he simply said go to an emergency room. They must have been focusing in the holiday and their time off versus helping their patients.
