NEVER GO HERE!!!!
Office personal were just OK. Office was a dump! Exam was barely ok. 8 weeks later they STILL have not filed with my insurance ! I've called a 12 times and all they do is give me the run around! NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Dr Casas took me in same day due to a cancellation. Yes I did wait. The reason there's a wait is because she gives very specific individualized care. She is extremely thorough and willing to problem solve- that takes time and it was appreciated. The staff was excellent and caring as well. When she found out I was private pay she gave me samples I would highly recommend this physician. She allowed me to take part in the treatment plan.

Dr Casas is great. Her staff is ignorant, rude, and perhaps the most inept that I have EVER experienced in a professional setting.

Office staff is rude and not helpful. At 9:30 a.m. they were already an hour-plus behind, according to the clerk. To me that means the doctor was late and that the staff doesn't know how to schedule appointments. We all understand that sometimes appointments last longer than anticipated, but being that far behind that early in the day points to a lack of good office management.
