Absolutely awful! I was in the ER the other night and it was around the shift change so the first doctor came into my room and started blood work but then Dr. Massey was assigned to my care. I was in there for 7 hours and not once did she come to the room. She had the nurse do all the work (he was wonderful), She only ordered tests and never gave me the results, it seemed she just wanted to give me morphine to manage my pain and send me home. I will request another doctor from now on.
