Life is too short for this office...
Dr. Rodriguez seems like a knowledgeable physician and she certainly is likeable but her office is the most dysfunctional place ever. The staff is rude and if you need a quick turnaround on getting docs or any answer you are in serious trouble. I don't have to go into the wait times too much because everyone else here already has but they are unbelievable, every appointment takes HOURS for a few minutes of actual consultation and time with the doctor.

I had the best experience ever with her. Had 3 births with here. I wouldnt change a thing. She is the sweetest person ever. The wait time is long but its worth every minute. It is undertandable since she has to take care of her patients at the hospital to give birth. The wait time also is for a good reason, she takes her time to exam you and answer all your questions.

I went for an annual checkup earlier this week, and I never felt so uncomfortable and unworthy of being seen going to the doctor before. after seeing me for 5 mins she left the room to go see another patient and to answer a call and when she came back she said to me that she was sorry that she was gone and that she had a patient with a real problem and a call from the hospital. A doctor should never treat a patient like they aren’t worthy enough being seen. I won’t be going back!

This is my first time seeing Dr. a Rodriguez. Last year I saw another doctor that worked in her office and she was not only just polite, but the wait time was so short. Can't say the same for Dr. Rodriguez. I am sorry but I wanted 1 hour in the waiting room and then now an additional 45min in the waiting room. Looks like she is double booking patients. I am sorry.. I am sure she is a great doctor and has creditnels, but at the same time let's try to make the patient a bit more relaxed.

My visits wouldn't be so bad if they were able to stick to their appt times. Every time I've accompanied my wife to the doctor we have had to wait for an hour in the waiting room and an additional 20-30 min in the examining room. If the doctor was running late I could understand the wait time, but this has happened in every visit. They overbook their patients without any regard for the patients schedule for the rest of the day.

My experience with Doctor Rodriguez one on one has been what you would expect from a doctor, however it's hell to get to that point. It seems she allows her staff to double book her appointments waiting times have exceeded 3 hours which is absolutely ludicrous. The majority of the staff are just rude and nasty individuals. When I ask a question I am not looking to take your first born I don't expect my head to be taken off.
