Prescribed me a medication that gave me awful side effects, then accused me of giving myself the side effects by doing research and told me to stay off the internet. It was so rude and nasty and untrue. I had to tell her I researched after experiencing the side effects, not beforehand. No apology. Would not prescribe me the medication I need even though I got a diagnosis that the medication is prescribed for on label. Sarcastically told me I should be a doctor and go to medical school because I am so smart and know so much. Showed no concern about the terrible side effects I experienced or about the issues I am facing that I repeatedly asked for a prescription for. Does not respect my time at all, consistently making me wait for long periods. She did prescribe me something new that will hopefully help and is helping me with a referral to see if I need the prescription I think I need. Ended our appointment somewhat amicably, but definitely a sad and frustrating experience.

I love Dr. Soto. After I moved to Canton I went through seven physicians before I found her. She truly cares, listens to your concerns and is a great diagnostician. She is dedicated and trustworthy, takes her patients seriously. The person who gave her a bad review above for not prescribing antibiotics for a cold was a m*ron. Antibiotics do nothing for colds.

I love Dr. Soto and her staff. They always treated me and my family as part of their family there at the clinic. She listens to you and truly cares. I came from Alabama, relocating here to Canton and was referred to her by an er doctor. I have stuck with her for many many years now.

Dr.Soto is a terrible physician. Not only does she dismiss the questions and concerns of her patients, so also refuses to prescribe any medication she feels the patient doesn't need - even if the patient themselves is telling her that they need a specific type of medication. I recently visited her for a cold and ear problems and I had requested antibiotics to deal with the cold I'd already had for a week that wasn't going away and she completely denied my request for medication.

As a new patient, i had my first visit with Dr. Soto a week ago. I knew when I had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time that I chose the right doctor. The wait time indicated to me that Dr. Soto cares more about her patients than she does about herding patients in and out of their appointment slots as quickly as possible. I found Dr. Soto to be a physician who cares deeply about her patients, listens attentively and focuses on preventative care.
