I cannot recommend this doctor
Every virtual appointment involved waiting at least an hour past the scheduled time, only to be given 10 minutes of rushed attention. In-person visits were even worse—she barely spent 5 minutes with me. Despite multiple appointments and clear communication about my ongoing health concerns, she failed to address or resolve any of my issues. The lack of care and attention left me feeling dismissed and neglected. Patients deserve better.

Worst experience ever
I used to be a patient of hers when she worked at Cleveland Clinic. I had to report her because she confused me with another patient. She refused to respond to my messages on the portal asking what to do about my treatment plan. She also recommended I take a medication that previously made me sick. Do not go to her if you need treatment it’s a waste of time.

WORST DOCTOR ALIVE
ABSOLUTE WORST OFFICE. Doctor reschedules appointments so they can go on holiday every 3 months. Not serious about their patients complete neglect for patients and general courtesy towards a human being. In the past 3 years they have rescheduled my NEW PATIENT appointment 4 times. And when I say the span was ridiculous it was. First appointment was in may of 2021, with a different doctor, and all appointments after with scheduled with this 'new' to the practice dr villabona....they said had to reschedule due to “clinic closure” (these calls were not responded to they just cancel appointments and leave these tid bits in your voicemail inbox and hope you hear it?) their next “available” appointment was in July of 2022, so their goes a year for a type one insulin dependent patient to not have a prescription or receive medical care, which if you know insulin dependent patients they can’t go 48 hours without insulin or they could die….did the same on this appt, and for 7/22 to 2/23 to 8/24

Dr. Villabona is an excellent doctor, very kind, very professional, patient and let you explain what are your problems and gives the best solution. I needed surgery and referred me to an amazing doctor from the University of Miami. I'm doing fine and recommend her with no doubts that anyone will be fine in her hands. Thanks Dr. Villabona

Horrible! Don't trust her clinical decisions
Horrible! I have no clue where she was off daydreaming while I was telling her my story, but she wasn't with me. An exam of 90 seconds. (Yes, I timed it). I don't trust her diagnosis, especially since she was replacing a Dr and she had a cheat sheet to go by and couldn't even get that right. A cookie cutter provider who fits in perfectly in the managed care HMO world.

Awful!
I scheduled an appointment as a new patient a few months ago. I called to confirm my appointment only to find out that she has closed one location and moving to another office. No phone calls or emails to let me know. This is extremely unprofessional. I will find another provider as this speaks volumes as to how she would handle her patients. Just awful.

I find Dr. Villabona to be an extremely careful, very focused and experienced physician. I had a very detailed Telemedicine appointment where I felt she explored all sorts of angles, and together, we reworked my meds to meet new needs. As an exceptionally well-trained medical professional from a great Spanish University's medical school, she carefully looks at all angles, so there are no negative interactions between the meds I take as well as the timing of taking them. She brought into play the excellent and accessible data of my patient portal at Broward Health where one of the items on my latest blood test was significant in regard to a new medicine I will be trying starting tomorrow. What is great is that we did this together and left me well-informed to monitor my condition as we move on.
