I called to schedule an appointment for my 5 children. We have Tricare and my husband is active duty. Tricare assigned Dr. Werner as my children's Primary Care Pediatrician. I called to schedule an appointment and was informed Dr. Werner would have to review the referral, which would take 7-10 business days before they can determine whether or not they can approve my children to receive care at their facility. Really!!! This is how you treat the children of America's Heroes. Unbelievable!

Dr. Werner was my pediatrician growing up and now I take my own kiddos to see her. She is absolutely wonderful and answers all of my questions with patience.
