Went in with serious spine pain and UTI. Cowley throws Away blood and urine tests and gives no test data. I am crippled and have serious UTI. Cowley abandoned me. I went in for back x-ray, and she says nothing. No communication. My advice to veterans is to complain. Stay away from the VA urologist in Bham, he embarrassed and assaulted me with prostate injury. Made an exhibition of me in front of 10 people without my permission then crushed my prostate. Back to Crowley, she does not listen. I have had serious back pain for 2-3 years, she never sent me to a spine surgeon, now I am 80-90 percent crippled.

No option for 0 stars? My father is a veteran and his doctor was Dr. Carol Cowley. He went in for a regular checkup and had a bottle of a prescription with him in hopes to ask her about a refill. Do you want to know what she did to his bottle? She took it and threw it in the trash. It was his only time asking her about it and she threw it away. She did this to a veteran! I don’t even know how she has a job taking care of veterans when she doesn’t even care about them. Thanks for showing my veteran father that all you care about is that paycheck.
