Highly recommend Dr Nelson
She is very caring compassionate and listens to her patients. She goes above and beyond. Is prompt in getting back to me with issues I’m having. Takes time during your appointment to address issues is never in a hurry. I would highly recommend her. I have been a patient of hers for 18 years.

Dr Nelson has gone above and beyond for my 18 year old daughter. Even on her days off, she has been following my daughter’s case and has contacted us and kept us informed. Any questions or concerns we had, were answered immediately and in terms we could understand. I couldn’t ask for a better neurologist to care for my family!

I waited 3 hrs for her to come into the room and say "You don't need me ~ you need a pain management program to get off of all those narcotics!" I don't use any! I'm allergic to the triptans so I use an ice pack!! Perhaps if she listened to me instead of assuming I was a drug addict we might have made some headway. Not prepared. Rude and argumentative. Doesn't follow-up. Would not recommend.

it's almost silly... people seem to think she's always in a hurry. i can't fathom how anyone could treat people all day and night with such a debilitating yet expansive issue as headaches... nit even considering the other neuro issues. i felt like dr miles was brief but amazingly thorough and caring. im grateful for such a great doctor.

I feel that Dr. Miles is very thorough and very knowledgeable. I have confidence in her ability to correctly assess and diagnose headache issues. Wait time in the office has been short.

She seems in a hurry and does not seem to care about helping very much. Also does not return phone calls and very hard to get my medical notes from her. There must be Better Doctors ?

She is very knowledgable and offers state of the art procedures. However she is always in a hurry and does not seem to have time to answer questions. Most of her staff is very nice with the acception of one. Very rude.

After the first test ran on my daughters blood we received a letter stating all was normal and two weeks later was called and said tests weren't normal and to come in right away for further testing. Returned for testing and she didn't know what we were there for and read the first test results not the second set that day. Was going to refer to Mayo clinic but never followed through. Would not return calls. We waited for 2 weeks for a return call. Called again and are still waiting for call
