Sadly dr. Piatt misdiagnosed my Lyme rash (which was all over my body) and the bite on my hand for foliculitis - 10 years later because of the much later diagnosis I am still dealing with Lyme

Dr. Piatt's negligence deeply damaged my life. I was receiving cortisone shots for an outbreak of cystic acne. I was simply trying to avoid the deep, permanent scarring associated with that condition. Was never informed of side effects (nor was treatment ceased when side effects could become apparent) Received several shots in a small area and then informed AFTER THE FACT that doing so could lead to a permanent atrophy in my face. Several years later, atrophy still in facial tissue.
