Very good with grinding down thick toenails.

After looking at my toe for about 2 minutes then confirming that it's severly ingrown, she checked with my insurance and said it would $800 to fix. When I stated I didn't have $800 and asked about a payment plan Dr Smaha said "Ok, there's the door". She had absolutely no concern for me once she knew I needed a payment plan. Then, over a month later, I get a bill for $129!

my visit today was the worst, dr. carol was rude and very unperfessional i would not recommend using this practice, i was asked no questions and none of mine were answerd , i was refferd there by my doctor and it was a complete wast of time. dont go there

Visit was Great, thank you Very much Dr Carol. After seeing 2 doctors else where, finally found Dr Carol who knows what’s she’s doing. Perscribed right medicine, foot is doing nicely. Thanks so much Clarence Taylor.

My first impression was pretty favorable, however as time went by I became more dissatisfied. She kept me waiting about 45 min. for one appt. and when I asked about the delay, she said her boys had to be late for school that day. Later I waited one hour and when I asked the office staff about the delay, they said she only has one exam room. I left and requested a refund for my co-pay and was told I would have to wait for the big boss to make a refund.

Dr. Smaha was 45 minutes late to a morning appointment. As I was sitting in the office, I overheard that another person had the same appointment time. Dr. Smaha seemed rushed and totally uninterested in my situation. She did not ask any questions that you expect in a first meeting that would inform the Dr. of all of your concerns and problems. I felt like she wanted out of the room as fast as possible and consequently she probably spent 5 minutes with me. She was unwilling to converse with me
