Outstanding. Her attention to my issues and medical needs was terrific. She treated me with kindness and concern. She is no longer with Cone however, and I hope her departure wasn't due to any issues she helped me with in dealing with Cone Hospital's treatment of my surgery scheduling.

I have been waiting over 2 1/2 weeks due her to fill out a form so that my 91 year old mother can have hip replacement surgery. My mom is in tremendous pain and cannot walk. The paperwork has been “on the doctor’s desk” per the office. We have already missed a potential surgery date and are at risk of missing the next possible one. I have called multiple times and still she can’t fax a simple form to the surgeon.
