Dr. Carolina Bonilla, MD

I had been with Dr. B for a couple years. She kind of gave off a non caring vibe with a sprinkle of condescending in there. Her advice was ok but I was constantly having problems refilling scripts and scheduling was a nightmare if you/her missed a day. The website doesn't run very well and the communication between the front desk workers is non existent. I believe she has too many patients and her care would be better if she didn't pack so many in. Don't no call no show on a couple meetings either cause as soon as you do, you're going owe hundreds of dollars and that no call no show doesn't reset after a time period its just throughout your time with her if you miss a couple meetings without telling them first ahead of time they will charge you HUNDREDS of dollars. Patients come to her with ADHD, insomnia, busy lives, etc and will forget sometimes they have appointments. I understand that by missing your costing her time and money but 25-50 dollars is the norm, not 5 times that amount.

25 years of issues and Dr. Bonilla was the first Psychiatrist to really help me !

I have been seeing Dr Bonilla for 3 years and I need to find a new Doctor. She has been dishonest and argumentative with me. After seeing her for multiple years she has proven that she does not care and this is just a business for her.

I have not found any other health professional that I feel as comfortable with. She is truly kind, compassionate, and an excellent physician. I feel like a person when I see her and not a number or a diagnosis. For her wisdom, patience and understanding I am truly grateful.

Called and made an appointment in October for December. I am having severe anxiety issues that affect my ability to work. Her office calls at the beginning of December to reschedule. Then a week before the appointment they call and cancel. They say the doctor is overwhelmed with emergencies and cannot see a new patient. I guess my suffering doesn't matter after a two month wait. Then they tried to give me a referral to a doctor over an hours drive in another county. Merry Christmas :(

Dr. Bonilla is the best. She is a very knowledgeable doctor and explains things clearly, until I really understand. She is very easy to be open with and she lets me participate in decision making. She always holds out hope. I would recommend her to everyone. The office staff is great also- so friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Dr. Bonilla for all your psychiatry needs. She is very professional, intelligent, and she truly cares about you and your mental health. I truly blessed to have had the experience with her. I had several other Dr.'s prior to locating Dr. Bonilla with not much success and she completely healed me. I see her on regular basis and she truly listens, cares and is sincere. You could not find a better Dr, than her!!
