Was scheduled for an appointment for an important procedure with Caroline. Got to the office and staff said the appointment has been cancelled. Never received any communication or notice for the cancellation. Staff said they notified on Sunday but the office is closed Sundays. Staff said Caroline was in the office while I was there but she was refusing to cooperate or to see us.

I started seeing Dr. Beyer little less than a year ago when I got pregnant. She was the best doctor I've ever had. She truly cared, and listened well. She always made me feel heard and always educated me on options and gave me the final decisions. She was respectful and always present when I needed her to be. She delivered my baby and continued to check up on me throughout my stay in the hospital until discharged. She was then able to see my newborn as a patient and was stellar in that area too. I've since moved out of state and have begun looking for new doctors, It's a bit of a bummer that I had to leave my doctor behind when I moved. I hope to find a new doctor half as good as Dr.Beyer. If she ever opens a practice around Portland, my family will be the first in the door for an appointment.
