Detached, careless, and uncaring
Each interaction I have had with Dr. Geddes has been rushed and uncaring. She also carelessly prescribed me two medications that have made my conditions worse without adequately explaining the risks, benefits, and uses of them, only for pharmacists to provide the additional information that she left out. It turns out that one medication was supposed to be occasional and the other medication interacted with a medication that I had been previously prescribed, yet she had continued, so was aware of. I've had four physicians in my adult lifetime before now (my last provider retired) and I've never had even one issue with a physician before now. There have been three issues in three visits with her.

Very little attentiveness or care
Every time I go into see Dr. Geddes I feel brushed off. Before receiving my ADHD medication, she conducted a drug test on me. I don’t do any drugs, but somehow my result came back positive for opiates. I tried telling her it was a false positive, but she proceeded to ask many times throughout subsequent visits why it was positive to which I answered probably poppy seeds or something like that because I don’t do any drugs. She didn’t trust me for a second and treated me like a delinquent. I went in with daily migraines, She had zero empathy for me, prescribed me nine pills of sumatriptan, and brushed me off. She doesn’t ask any clarifying questions to try to get to the root of the issue or diagnose. I strongly do not recommend this doctor, and I’ve had such a difficult experience that I actually went out of my way to write a review even though I usually only write positive reviews.

This place operates like a business, they get you in and out as fast as possible without actually any care for your well being. Also, I've sat in those small rooms in the back for longer than my actually visit. Like why do we even make appointments if she's ganna be 30+ minutes late? It feels like a complete scam, as I have brought up multiple issues to Dr. Geddes and she just completely ignores them or will give me "Advice" on how to deal with it... I've had to go to different doctors to get the medication I need. Like what is the point of even going here? Needless to say, I'm finding a different doctor.

Keep looking
This provider made my daughter extremely uncomfortable with probing questions regarding her personal health account. The office is difficult to work with and wasted almost a week of scheduling time with a specialist by not communicating the requirements for a referral at the point of the initial request and in four subsequent follow up calls. The office manager agreed to correct the errors by getting a verbal confirmation and did so in an unprofessional manner. I do not recommend this practice if you are looking for a PCP for your college student.

Does not care
My husband, daughter and I have all had Dr Geddes as a PCP for over 2 years. . My husband had a chronic cough the entire 2 years he was her patient, she did NO testing. He told her he felt like he was breathing through a straw, she still did NOTHING. My husband decided to search for a new PCP and within one week he found out from an MRI that he had a VERY large nodule on his thyroid that was pushing on his wind pipe. Within that same month he had a grapefruit sized nodule removed through surgery where they had to crack his sternum because it was so large. My husband asked several times to please address the cough as he felt it was not normal and really seemed to be getting worse. Every time she went through the motions for his appts but ordered no further testing. The new PCP ordered tests at his first visit and we had answers within days of that appt. This also happened with my daughter and chronic nose bleeds. It really seems like she only cares about well care not diagnostic

Such a disappointing experience
Routine wellness visit with medication refills and blood testing. Provider did not ask me one personal question just completed the screening questions from her computer, verified pharmacies , performed cursory physical exam and left. When questioned about a test she knew nothing about she became defensive and argumentative. This was my third visit with this provider and such a shock to be so poorly treated. She does have a lovely and personable assistant. I will not go back.
