Dr. Caroline Vargason, MD

Both my husband and I are Dr. Vargason's patients. She has treated & solved our two very complex health issues.

I have always had droopy eyelids and it was time to have them repaired as the were interfering with my vision. Dr Vargas on explained the procedure well and she performed it perfectly. Her staff is very friendly and professional. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I usually go straight to the exam room.

This was my first time in. It was the nicest office from the staff greeting you with water, to every employee kindness. Dr Vargason took so much time with me and checked for the specific issue I was in for and also every other possibility. The directions for aftercare were clear and she welcomed me back if I ever need to.

Staff is very welcoming with smiles. Upon arriving for your appointment they always offer coffee or water for beverage. A large bowl with individually foil-wrapped, quality chocolates sits on the counter as you check in too. Prior to seeing Dr. Vargason, her assistant gathers information on my eye routine and any eye problems since the last visit. After my oculoplastic surgery on both eyes, I did experience extreme dry eyes. Dr. Vargason is very thorough in her follow up exams and delivers sound treatment plans for follow-up home care. She is also very patient and excellent at explaining and describing each stage of the healing process. This increased my confidence in her and in a successful outcome.

I had bad results from my eyelid surgery. The line was crooked, in one week I developed an infection, and the second week my eyelashes died. Do your research. I think Dr. Caroline Vargason does not have enough experience, but has a good bedside manner.
