Dr. Carolyn Candido, MD

Dr. Candida was extremely rude during our telemedicine appointment. She talked over me, belittled me, and ignored my questions. She interrupted me every time I tried to speak. She was not prepared for our visit and used several minutes of the appointment to familiarize herself with my labwork results. She told me I had issues with my thyroid and even prescribed me a medication, but did not explain how she came to that conclusion. My labwork results were completely normal (I had a copy), but when I tried to ask more about my thyroid, she hung up on me. Yes, hung up on me. I was in tears, as I had never been treated so poorly by a physician. I thought for a second that maybe we got disconnected, but I tried calling back a few times and couldn’t reach anyone. She has not returned my voicemails to this day, and it has been several weeks. I was left in tears out of feeling completely uncared for and disrespected. This review will hopefully warn others and save them from feeling the same.

Dr. Candido is the worst. If you want someone to belittle you, not answer your questions, someone that's quickly & easily annoyed and acts like they're miserable because they have to work then see her. I only saw her a couple of times & each time, I left feeling strange & horrible. She ordered a bunch of different tests for me, when they came back, she didn't even look over the results. She just went to 2 places out of the many pages just to find what she was looking for. I went to another doctor who went over each test result, line by line & looked at the whole picture to assess what's wrong with me. If she had looked at my test results, she would've seen I had candida as well as other issues, but I didn't find out until later when a doctor actually read the results. When should'd tell me something, I would ask for clarification, obviously not understanding what she said. She would sigh & roll her eyes & just repeat what she just said but terse and annoyed. Horrible bedside manner.

I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Candido. She's very experienced, caring and patient. I also really like her nurses Jennifer and Amanda - caring and helpful. I prefer Integrative than Conventional. I also like the office set up. Highly recommended.

Dr Candido spent a long time listening. I feel we will find some answers to help me get healthy.

First apt to establish primary care. Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable.

Dr. Candido spent plenty of time going over my needs and my history with me. She made sure to answer any questions I had, and was very patient and professional.
