Dr. Kirschner is not only a great professional doctor, she is an incredible human being, kind and genuine with hee patients. She went extra many miles for me in management of rather rare condition, that is now cured. She listened amd did a surgery with approach that not every doctot will choose to make sure i am comfortable, and yet the best approach was chosen to treat the condition. I can't say enough good things about this doctor, you are in good hands!

She's nice, but her staff is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking the basic compassion you expect in a medical setting. Patients are scheduled so tightly I always felt pushed to get out of there before my questions were answered. One nurse kept calling me by another patient's name. Another nurse "forgot" me in the examining room. Still another failed to note the appropriate doses for my medication. Best of all, a technician told me I'd be better off going elsewhere. Is that right?
