Poor follow through for patient assessments
No follow through with patient & his family under her hospital care for 10 days. No follow through with patient assessments from two different psychiatrists. No follow through obtaining patients current medications. Not qualified to make decisions for inpatient care because of her lack of concern to research patient's history of current medications. Very uncomfortable to speak with concerned family at beginning of patient stay and was MIA for the 9 days of care of patient.
