Compassionate and
Dr Johnson treated my mother for pain management when she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. When my mother passed away, she called to offer her condolences. Two years later, I needed support with chronic pain - Dr Johnson and her nurse Terri were the only folks I trusted on the journey. She treated me with dignity. Once my pain was under control, she helped me find medications that didn’t dope me up. But she also continually reminded me not to suffer in silence. I hate that she is no longer with the practice - so a loss.

I’ve had 6 surgeries on my back. Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable and listens to all concerns & questions. She spends adequate time explaining your treatment plan & I would recommend her to anyone. I’m grateful to have her as a provider.

Outstanding! Dr Johnson took a lot of time with us, listening to us and explaining everything with clear thorough explanations. After the procedure she showed and explained verything that was done. Later that afternoon, she personally called to follow up to see how I was doing.

I have been suffering with chronic pain since 2005. Pain has controlled my life and limited my life since 2008. My wife and I feel as though we were truly blessed when Dr. Johnson started working with me in 2015 at the Carolina Pain Institute in Winston-Salem, NC. She was the first doctor that talked in terms of the long term care to help my pain. I would have no problem recommending Dr. Johnson to family, friends or anyone suffering with pain.
