Dr. Carrie Landess, MD

I had Dr. Carrie Landress. In the beginning. She was a top 'A' Dr. then she had other workers. That wasn't so bad, but after a while, Dr. Landress wouldn't show up to her office when I was her next patient to see. Dr. Landress would be at the Hospital moreso than be at the office. I even asked Dr. Landress why don't I see you anymore? I was told I have Hospital patients. Do you go to the after work is over from your office right? This never happened. So here I'm talking to all Newly to be Neurologist Drs. with all my information. So then I call up next time about my appointment, not one person answers the phone. Now this is a Drs. Office? We close at 4:00 PM because Dr. Landress told everyone no more work. This was on a Thursday. I couldn't deal with this anymore. The office is a child's playground. Needs to be updated as a Drs. Office. I can't give a grade if you don't make the grade as they say!

Dr. Landess if one of the few Doctors without a God’s complex. She is smart, dedicated, she listens and explains very carefully. She is soft spoken and incredibly intelligent! I will stick to her like glue, no more pain for me.

I was unfortunate enough to be referred to her, She is awful as a person and as a dr. Office is disaster impossible to reach.

My father was admitted to Jackson North for new onset of seizure. An MRI of the brain was ordered. But it was incomplete due to his confused agitated state and not being able to stay still. The next morning this doctor cleared him (mind you he was confused and she spoke to him in this state without any family being present.) I asked to speak with her regarding my concerns and her answer was “ I do not need to speak with anyone else I already spoke with the patient.” No bedside manner whatsoever. I myself am a medical professional and would never treat a patient or family this way. In the end we got no answers! Do yourself or your loved one a favor and avoid! Disgusting!

Awful experience! Impossible to reach over the phone during an urgent situation. Scheduled an appointment finally when I arrived three weeks later to appointment was told they did not verify insurance because they lost my ID number. Will never go back. Staff is horrible

I was cared for and taken care of. Dr.Landess and her residents were very smart and made me feel comfortable

The reviews on this website were kind of scary, but my doctor assured me it would be okay to see Dr. Landess. It was as good as a doctor's appointment could be.

The visit started slow at first, but it went much better after all of the paper work was sorted out. The understanding and care was appreciated.

Surprising visit, some of the reviews online were a bit scary. My doctor said it was okay and I made the first appointment.

Some of the reviews were a little scary, I went to the office and everything went great. Getting the first appointment wasn't amazing, but setting up follow ups was easy.

Dr. LAndess is a though Doctor and will go out of her way into help. THe staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Landless.

I was a little worried after reading some reviews but I actually had a wonderful experience!

The staff was helpful and understanding. I was seen in about 30-35 minutes for my constant headaches. At first I was scared to go because of the reviews on the website but I was reassured by my doctor that it was okay. The staff was definitely helpful while I wait for my grandson to pick me up. Offering water/soda/coffee and checking in every so often.

The doctor was nowhere to be seen and I was taken into a room by a trainee. Had I known I would never scheduled appointment here. Office is terrible and has bad smell

Her front desk is awful! I've talked to them a few times and found out that not only had the doctor's request for a procedure requiring insurance approval first been ignored for over 6 weeks (while I am in pain daily), but she informed me that they are "way way behind on entering information." I let her know that I was switching doctors and not to submit anything for approval. She almost seemed happy that she didn't have to do her job further! Much more I need to say, but no more room

New to area & needed Dr for cont'd care. Made appt. w/Dr Landess & later find it's w/trainee student. Asked to change & told ok but day of appt. it's w/trainee. Guess what? She state then says I don't have N diagnosis! ??? Very upset (crying) -meds worked, I felt great. Didn't answer my ?s about changing 1 med. Mthly Rx doesn't go thru ok. Front desk was very rude to me on recent ph. call and couldn’t speak English. Will drive 3 hrs to previous Dr rather than go back this awful disgusting office

Do not go to this doctor. All she cares about is having you come back to have that cash register ringing--while not taking care of any of your problems. I was a patient there for 6 months...and she did nothing for me except collect alot of co-pays and insurance money. Her office staff was quite rude...and wait times were ALWAYS one hour in the lobby, and another hour in the holding pen. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...WARNING----GO TO SOMEONE ELSE! I found another neurologist that came highly recommended

After speaking with Tatianna this morning I refuse to continue seeing Dr. Landess. I was a migraine patient and was referred by a doctor who I consider a friend to landess. When I complained of headaches I was treated dismissively, my calls were not returned in a timely manner. I was told I could not possibly be having an issue. Tatianna and her residents were also argumentative and combative. little empathy

This is by far the experience I ever had! Keep up the good work
