She is kind and really listens to her patients. Her staff is amazing. I will never be going to anybody else for allergy care. She's the one.

We have taken our 7-y.o. daughter to see Dr. Charlot a few times over the past several years and she has been consistently fantastic! She's great with our daughter and takes her time to be sure all questions get answered. We are going to keep seeing her!

Dr. Charlot is an amazing person, very knowledgeable, right on the issues. I am very comfortable to have her to take care of allergies Issues. I highly recommended her to whomever looking to find one.

For so many years I thought the way I was breathing through my nose was normal not knowing that I was suffering from serve nasal congestion. My friend told me I should make an appointment to see her Allergist and I am beyond happy to final know that what I thought was normal was in fact the opposite. I had no idea that I have Allergies. I was able to book a same day appointment and get to the bottom of my nasal issue. Thank you Allergy and Asthma Care for your services. Definitely will recommend this practice!

I have been looking for a good doctor helping me with my allergies, and my friend gave me a referral for the Allergy and Asthma Care of Brooklyn. Dr. Charlot was the only one being able to help me, she make a perfect analysis and allergy test to treat me effective with no pain - like a wonder ! Her work is very impressive, she works very gentle and explains everything so you understand what is going on ! She is a outstanding nice doctor, very nice and is not rushing she takes the time for you that is needed ! I'm so happy that I found Dr. Charlot!

Highly recommend!!! My daughter has been a patient of Dr Charlot since 2014. She has been there through her egg allergies and her anaphylactic reactions to shots. As for myself I recently became a patient after my life was turned upside down over new symptoms of vertigo and inability to breathe. I had an MRI and a CAT scan, was diagnosed with ear infection, TMJ, tooth infection which would have required me to have my jaw bone cut and have bone filler placed. This would have cost quite a lot as it was not covered by my insurance. Finally after getting a diagnosis of possible MS, I decided to reach out to Dr Charlot. She saw me on the same day I called her and finally diagnosed me with severe cat allergies . I have a cat at home but had never had issues before. With a few lifestyle changes she asked me to implement and my daily allergy drops. I was able to keep my cat and get my life back. No more symptoms. Highly recommend!!!!

She was so kind to my 8 year daughter. Made a process that was not easy so much more enjoyable. She’s great with kids.

The treatments didn't work (even though the same treatment with another provider worked in the past). My allergies got worse. When I stopped treatment on the advice of the doctor, a few months later I received a bill for several hundred dollars. The bill was for treatments that were almost a year old. I was never informed there was an extra charge and had been rushed through the paperwork by staff. When I disputed the bill, the doctor sent it immediately to a collection agency. On top of that, the waiting room has no air conditioning and gets full sun. It was about 90 degree throughout the summer. It was very crowded, no social distancing at the height of covid, and long waits. Scheduling rules changed all of the time, making it hard to find time for weekly appointments with my job. I would strongly not recommend. I've been to another allergist that was far more professional and actually cared about their patients, but sadly had to find a new doctor when they moved to another state. Dr. Charlot's practice was abysmal by comparison and they didn't respond to phone calls about anything.
