Dr. Fatz did two outpatient operations on me. He never explained the procedure to me, and he never answered any questions I would try to ask him. He came off as arrogant and totally unconcerned about my health.

Dr. Fatz took the time to explain my husband's procedure before taking him back to the surgery room, and afterwards showed us the scans and explained exactly what he did and how things went. We appreciated the time he spent with us on a very busy surgery day.

Dr. Fatz was the worst doctor I have ever gone to. He was arrogant and uncaring. I regret ever having been his patient.

I see Dr. Fatz nearly every 6 months to a year for cryoablation for the past 5 years for rare tumor disease. I have never had anything bad to say about my experiences. I love the people at the Kootenai Medical Center and have always been very attentive problem solvers.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Fatz?
Dr. Fatz treated me horribly. He did not give me anything to numb my pain even though I was screaming. He has a horrible bedside manner - He never spoke one word to me either before or after surgery. He never came into my post-operation room to see how I was doing. I will never use this doctor again, as I do not trust him. The nurse he was working with was very unfriendly, and I was scared of her.
