ALL the staff I was with were super friendly including the front desk staff and Lindsey my tech and the girls who did my xrays, the surgery scheduler, and I really liked the way Dr Casey Lagman explained in detail and love his great personality and knowledge! Great teamwork!

Waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment. Dr. Lagan is confused why I have the symptoms after my surgery. It’s been almost 3 months since my knew surgery. My symptoms are having k numbness and no use of my right hand. He is referring me to a neurologist. Very disappointed with the communication factor of my situation.

He is such a caring Doctor. He takes the time to explain and educate not just treat the problem.

During my first appointment with Dr Lagan we discussed the arthritis in my hip and what needed to be done. We also addressed my concerns with the BMI required. He was sensitive to my concerns and even offered some healthy tips. I left that meeting with a positive attitude that I could achieve the BMI needed to have a successful surgery and recovery. Several months later we did scheduled the surgery. I was kept informed every step of the way during the surgery process and went home the same day. The whole staff is great. However I was primarily taken care of by Lindsay and Calla. These two went above, beyond and were amazing. They made my experience the best it could be, Thank you! During my recovery. The transition into face to face PT was nice. Cindy and Jenny at the Merrill office were great! Jenny worked with my schedule and Cindy taught me how to do all the proper exercises to get stronger. I highly recommend Dr Lagan and his staff! I fee like i have my life back.

After 6 weeks my new knee is working great and my recovery is better and faster than I anticipated. Dr Lagan worked hard to have a little soft tissue damage as possible so my recovery will be excellent.

Dr. Lagan did a consult with us for my husband's hip replacement surgery. He discussed our options and give us a clear picture of what to expect, both outcomes and possible issues. He spent time with us, listened, and was very professional and courtesy. Also put us at ease. Super nice man!
