Frustrating!
It would be nice if the office manager managed the office. It would be EVEN nicer if she wore a mask. I walked in to find the manager chatting with other staff, mask around her chin. After she informed me that my appointment date was changed to two weeks down the road, she lazily lifted the mask to just below here nose. So much for service and simple precautions. Time for a new practice.

On 3 different occasions I have called with needs after a visit or pertaining to a prescription and the office has been over 48 hours to respond. “Let me check with the doctor and call you back” but they call you back 2 days later. Or not at all… When a patient calls the doctor it’s not for fun, there is a genuine need. The lack of responsiveness is appallingly slow. This shows a genuine lack of concern to their health. I can say on the one occasion I did meet the doctor she was personable and helpful. Maybe it’s just the office personnel and nurses? I don’t know bu glad I’m still alive so far to complain about them… Not that they care ??

Does not listen to the patient. Is quick to rush them out and get to the next. If you have any sort of health concern, would not recommend.

Doctor dorvil thinks it’s alpropriate that I continue taking 50mg of Benadryl every 6 hours and 2 doses of Allegra everyday for severe hives and that I should not seek further care to determine the cause. She is not bother by the fact that with the double doses of 2 different antihistamines I still have hives. She doesn’t care about her patients as long as she can give them a pill to fix it, the cause doesn’t matter. She listen. The allergist forward a repost 2 weeks ago and she hadn’t read it.

When I went in with a problem she literally prescribed the same thing I had been doing to try to fix it for 3 weeks already. She didn't listen or seem to really care and was more focused on getting the paperwork done. Showed lack of creative problem solving or care.
