Review of Cassandra Hafner
Went to this woman who at the present time was my primary care doctor and advised of severe foot pain. I have Humana insurance and have to go off her referral which she sent me to Chrisbel Dafeamekpor which I found out later she just flipped me over to him because they accepted Humana. Coastal Orthopedics was within my plan and highly rated but she chose different. Her referral and this Dr changed my life and quality of life as I knew it. Chrisbel deformed 3 toes, left a large mass on foot and sawed through a tendon and just left it like that and sewed me up. I was in severe pain and went to another Dr in Cooper who referred me to Coastal where I had to get 2 foot surgeries in 8 months. Coastal repaired the tendon and tried to remove what mass he left on my foot but the collateral damage was done by both of them. It’s been average a year since have been able to work. Thanks Hadnee for the worst patient care I have experienced. Needless to say she is no longer my primary care doctor

On my Initial visit, I was Informed of necessary information as a new patient And “ease” of getting appointments. Needless to say, “That didn’t last long!” Now standard wait for appointments has been four weeks the first appointment request. My next request for an appointment was six weeks wait time. I did relate that the latest request was more an “urgent” matter as the meds I had been taking did nothing for my condition. This did not make any difference. This is definitely not what I was told to expect. By the way, on the initial visit I was told someone would always be available within a day or two for an appointment. Now I’m told they don’t like to switch patients. I am not happy at all.

Dr. Hafner is the best. She always listens and really cares. She has helped me with many things. Very nice, caring and professional. Best Doctor I’ve ever had. Highly recommended
