Dr. Catherine Bianchi, MD

I have been trying to find a doctor for a couple of years that will listen to my symptoms. Most have been dismissive because of my age or just my stage in life (having two small children). Dr. Bianchi listened to me and got me the right specialists and referrals that I need to figure out my health needs going forward. She gave me all of my options in terms of medication without pushing me in any direction, but making sure that I was informed so that I can make the best decision for myself.

I met with Dr. Bianchi's nurse practitioner who I was told could handle my annual. This is by far the worst experience with a medical facility I've ever had and I'm in my 40s. The nurse practitioner did not even touch me. This is an annual health checkup...? Every annual I've gone to has a physical examination. Not here, I guess. I asked to get two prescriptions from my last doctor renewed. She said she could only do one and had to refer me out to an actual doctor for the other one. She said she'd call the prescription into my pharmacy and someone would give me the referral for the physician. Four days later: The pharmacy has not received my prescription and I have not received a referral. (I am now out of meds.) They have no lab there so I have to go somewhere else for any blood work. Basically this co-pay was a COMPLETE waste of money and time. I recommend going somewhere else. ANYWHERE other than this facility.

Was told by front desk she was accepting new patients. Took a month to switch only to be then told by Lexi I could not get an appt for 6 months! I need a referral to keep seeing my derm for a deadly skin cancer but could not even get a referral. I could not recommend a doctor like this.

Was told by her front desk she was taking new patients. Took a month to move over on my plan. Then Lexi told me I couldn’t get in for 6 months, leaving me without follow up for my deadly skin cancer. Do not go to this Socorro. Ethics problem.

Dr. Bianchi is amazing. She's put me on a path to healing. She's kind and patient and really listens to what you're going through. She immediately put together a comprehensive plan to help me achieve all of my health goals. Highly recommended!!
