Dr Clements is amazing! She is kind, compassionate, has excellent bedside manner, and is easy to talk to. Not only is she relatable, she listens, and is not dismissive. In my experience, she is never assertive, or quick to prescribe medication- vs finding the source of the issue. When contacted via MyChart or via phone, she is consistently available and responsive - within hours! I have referred Dr Clements to every one of my friends and family. She is exactly what I am looking for in a doctor and professional.

Dr. Clements was always rushed when she saw me. She never took my complaints seriously.. After two visits I immediately switched to another doctor and they were able to diagnose my cardiac condition almost immediately.

Dr. Clements dropped me as a patient right as I was in the middle of having a serious spinal and brain surgery and needed follow up with a pcp afterwards. Not only that but she NEVER told me. I found out when I called to make an appointment. The office told me that they sent letters but I never got them. I asked them what address they had on file and they had the correct street but the wrong numbers. So not only was I dropped at a critical time but someone else had my personal information!
