Dr Compito fixed my broken calf bone & shattered ankle Nov 1991 at Montefiore Hospital, Bronx, NY.. It is 2024 and my leg has never bothered me since I got the cast off!! I am truly grateful she saved it from amputation. I was young & scared and she was so great with me!! Thank you Dr Compito!!

This is my first experience with Dr. Compito and I was extremely impressed on my first visit. She was so knowledgable and thorough. She answered all questions clearly and is very patient. I can tell she was a great doctor. Yesterday, I had my torn meniscus surgery. Everything went great. I spoke with Dr. Compito before and after the surgery. She explained the procedure in detail and when it was over, explained exactly what she did and answered all my post-op questions. She truly is amazing!!!

She seems like a good doctor, medically. However, I stopped going to her long ago because of overbooking/absurdly long wait times nowhere near your appointment time, and a seemingly at times condescending attitude. I would recommend her as long as you don't mind the wait times, she's nice enough and seems like she knows what she's doing and works hard, but it's not for me.
