Do not recommend
I wouldn’t recommend Dr Cordero Parrish as your pediatrician. She seems a bit out of touch with this generation of young parents. During the visit, she was terse and transactional, often putting blame on the child. It made for a generally poor experience.

Not happy with the service I received from visit with Dr Cordero Parrish. Horrible bedside manor. Never greeted us when she walked in just looked at us and said “well she needs to get undressed” as she took her seat. She Took a 15 minute personal phone call in the middle of our appointment. I addressed my concerns for my daughter and she listed them as I didn’t have any concerns. She told me that she wasn’t refilling a prescription my daughter already had because “I could get it on the shelf” when I told her that I would rather my insurance pay for it she ignored my request and still didn’t put in the refill. My daughter is still having issues that are getting worse because she refused to address my daughters concerns. Now she did take her time to read over my daughters immunization records that were sent over by her previous provider to ensure that she was up to date on all her immunizations. But i as a Black women with a black child Still felt ignored and my concerns brushed off.

Dr. Parrish has been taking care of my children for the past 12 years. She is by far the most knowledgeable and caring doctor that I have ever met. Both my husband and myself are in the medical field and we would never go anywhere else. When my daughter was going through some health issues, she guided us the whole way and was a life saver.
