Dr. H repaired my ruptured quad tendon in an emergency during the summer of 2015. Today, nine years later it is still holding and I have no pain and no restrictions…and I am 84 years old..A big thanks to Catherine!

I came in to Dr Humphrey as a trauma case with multiple injuries due to a horse falling on top of me. She did an absolutley amazing job putting me back together. She always took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions and concerns. I always walked away from her with more knowledge than I came in with. She is kind and genuinely cares about her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Humphrey to my family and friends in a heartbeat. Thank you for being the best!

Writing on behalf of my mentally challenged 56yr old sister. She's kind, loving& generous. She sustained a severe femur fracture in Hornell, transferred to Highland @ 1 am w/Dr. Humphrey on call. I live Rochester & been a reg professional nurse >30yrs. By the time i was able to get there, she was in OR. Never spoke to family, asked to have MD call me, her response was "if i have any questions, i could ask her team" WHAT??? DISGUSTING, UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. Check reviews 1st!

I, too, found myself in Dr. Humphrey's office following severe trauma. Unfortunately, her manner was brusque and noncommunicative, and she was rather careless with her records. -- a misdiagnosis, which jeopardized both my continuing treatment and the insurance payments took two phone calls to resolve. Needless to say, now that I am somewhat recovered and free to choose my own providers, I have indeed sought treatment elsewhere.

First appointment after a serious injury. She was extremely rude and uncaring. Did not mention any future treatments, was not listening, literally got up and left the room in the middle of appointment and did not return. I will refuse any further appointments with her.
