Incompetent Office
Went to the office in person to schedule an appointment because that's what they told me over the phone I had to do. This was in September. First appointment available: 11/17. Verified this on 11/10. They called me at 8:20 am on 11/17 to rescheduled because they had double booked me. First available: 12/21. Not acceptable, especially because the four times that either my husband or myself have physically been there, no patients have been in the waiting room. Dr. Lindsay may be an excellent doctor, but I have no way of knowing because the staff can't get their act together. My husband sees the other doctor in the office and tells me that his doctor agrees that the office staff is terrible.

Dr. Lindsay is great at her job. I have been going to here for almost 4 years. She has helped me in so many ways. You have to do what you are asked, take your meds correctly and as things are better you will go off meds you don't need. I thank Dr. Lindsay for helping me do better with my health. It's a pleasure to see Dr. Lindsay every three months. Keeps me on my amazing health adventures with her. She cares about you and your feeling, This makes her an amazing doctor.

Disappointing
Initially seems great. BUT - After 3 visits, she’s requesting more tests & endless bloodwork! Once she has you as a patient, you’ll be coming back every 2-3 months for something else. Orders needless referrals for no reason. Even wanted me to see a Neurologist because I shrugged my shoulder in conversation?????? Think she’s more interested in keeping her practice in business than in patient care.

Great doctor
When I first saw Dr. Lindsay several years ago, she immediately referred me to a hematologist because of a problem with my blood work. I had had chronic lymphocytic leukemia for 5 years, which my original GP hadn't caught, so I didn't know I had it. I'm so thankful for Dr. Lindsay's thoroughness. She also recently saw me at the last minute, when I was back in Jacksonville, after moving away. She is a great doctor - my hero!!!!!! I will say the first time I saw her, she was very business-like. But during further appointments, she warmed up and is very personable. She takes her time during appointments and doesn't hang on the door knob like some doctors do. I would recommend her to anyone, and especially if Spanish is your first language. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

When I first started going to Dr. Lindsay I thought she was a wonderful Dr. but as time went on, she became more argumentative and always wanted to be right, and put doubt in my head about what was going on. 3 years ago I expressed a concern about back pain I was having. She brushed it off as siatica. when I asked for referrals and XRAYS to look deeper into the issue, her response to me was "your insurance is not going to cover something just because YOU think you need it. 3 years later my symptoms have progressed, and I have been diagnosed with a very serious problem that has been progressing all this time. It could have been diagnosed, through the exams I asked for 3 years ago. If you choose to see this Dr. make sure you get a second opinion if you do not like the answers she gives you."

Bad experience. Went to my first exam, which was supposed to be a physical, but then told this wasn't a physical and that I should come back for a second physical. I was charged twice for what other doctors can do in 15 minutes. Additionally, none of my concerns got addressed because she didn't understand the concept of white coat syndrome.

She is never on time and is driven by her own agenda. The best interest of the patient is not her priority.

The doctor is mainly concerned about her policy, not about well-being of a particular patient. She is ready to judge and accuse. The office is unfriendly.

Dr. Lindsay listens carefully to your concerns. I trust her judgment. She provided me with new knowledge about breast cancer tests that I found very valuable since I am a high risk breast cancer patient. The staff at her office is friendly and respectful.

Will not go back. Can only have one problem, one question or doctor is too overwhelmed to respond. Very interested in her computer and lab values but not your concerns.

Dr. Lindsay is not what I would say a kind of doctor I recommend to my family and friends, she is quick to make accusations that you are doing something you are not doing, for instance, she was accusing me of video taping the conversation we were having and diagnosing my mom's medication on my own which was misdirected by her MA. So, she doesn't even rate 1 star.

She didn't listen to me, and put the wrong information in my chart. Her staff made me do all the work and didn't file the right form for my medically necessary procedure causing me a bill I wasn't supposed to have and stated they have never heard the term "medically necessary" or had to file that before. She then called me and my dermatologist a liar for having to have the procedure done in the first place because they looked it up and never found data stating that it helped my condition.

Two stars because doctor is nice but people around her not so much.Looking for a new doctor. They make mistakes and it's all right for them and thise girls at the front desk for appointments very rude and frustrated, like they are doing such a hard job, and they make mistakes all the time and are rude on top of it.Never have I spoken with rude people in Baptist besides these ladies. Doctor is nice and patient, so it sucks.

She was the worst Dr I have ever seen. I went to see her for chest pains because I have been going through a stressful time. My husband lost hIs job & I am now the sole provider and I have a 2 yr old. At myr 1st appt. My blood pressure was so high I needed to go to ER. Spent 9 hours and $200 later they said I was fine just having anxiety and stressed. Went back today & said I needed to go back to ER for chest pains...she is incompetent for helping you..its always go to ER. What a scam she is.
